Rating on the videos

Why cant I rate the videos on here? I feel deprived. like the Democrats rigging the election. kinda like that sort of violated feeling you know like only their votes counted.. but if it were the Republicans that done such a thing I would not feel so violated is that wrong? it's like having a flock of birds fly over and out of the hundred one drops a mess on ya. pisses me off. but if it were you that had that to happen it would be funny as hell.. Am I evil or is that the mentality of most these Days oh yeah did I mention I cant rate the videos..
